The Next Step Strategy Workshop is designed to focus on an organization's next few steps. The agenda is tightly focused on what your organization needs to do to get through until a more formal strategy plan can be developed.

 

Like our more formal strategy design program, JAZZ, the Next Step Strategy Workshop harnesses your organization's creativity to work through very specific issues.

 

The Next Step Strategy Workshop is 2-3 hours and can be conducted online (or in-person if needed) by industry thought leader strategist Carl Ribaudo. The workshop includes a pre-workshop meeting, necessary research preparation, facilitation of the workshop, and a summary report with strategy recommendations.
